7) Verification of Requests

To protect your privacy and prevent fraud, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests (such as access or deletion). Verification may include confirming information you previously provided to us.

If we cannot verify your identity, we may be unable to fulfill certain requests.


8) Authorized Agents (California)

If you are a California resident, you may designate an authorized agent to submit certain requests on your behalf. We may require proof of the agent’s authority and may still require verification of your identity.


9) Appeals (Certain States)

Some state laws provide the right to appeal a decision we make about your privacy request. If an appeal right applies, you may request an appeal by emailing support@kredline.com with the subject line “Privacy Request Appeal” and describing your concern.


10) Response Timing
