This E-SIGN Consent (“Consent”) explains how you may receive information from Kredline Inc electronically and how you can sign documents electronically when using Kredline.com (the “Services”). This Consent is intended to comply with the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (“E-SIGN”) and other applicable laws.

By using our Services, submitting information through our online forms, and/or providing an electronic signature, you agree to this Consent.


1) Scope of This Consent

This Consent applies to:

  • records, notices, disclosures, and communications related to your use of the Services

  • records related to your funding inquiry or application submitted through Kredline

  • communications we provide to you electronically (including by email, web-based forms, or other electronic means)

Third-party lenders, financing partners, brokers/ISOs, and other providers may provide you with their own electronic delivery disclosures and E-SIGN consents. Their terms will apply to their communications and documents.


2) Receiving Records Electronically

You agree that Kredline may provide you with records and communications electronically, including:

  • confirmations and notices

  • application-related communications

  • disclosures and policy updates (including Privacy Policy and Terms of Use updates)

  • communications related to identity verification, fraud prevention, and security

We may provide records by:

  • displaying them on the website

  • sending them to the email address you provide

  • providing them through a link to an online page or document


3) Electronic Signatures

When you provide an electronic signature through our Services (including signature tools within our forms), you agree that:

  • your electronic signature is intended to be the legal equivalent of your handwritten signature

  • you intend to sign and be bound by the information you submit or sign electronically

  • you are responsible for reviewing the information before submitting


4) Paper Copies

You may request a paper copy of certain records we provide electronically by emailing support@kredline.com with the subject line:
“Paper Copy Request”

We may charge a reasonable fee to cover the cost of printing and mailing, where permitted by law. In some cases, paper copies may not be available if the record is provided only electronically by design.


5) Withdrawing Your Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive records electronically by emailing support@kredline.com with the subject line:
“Withdraw E-SIGN Consent”

Withdrawing consent may:

  • delay or prevent us from providing Services through the website

  • require you to stop using the online process

  • impact our ability to communicate with you about your inquiry/application electronically

If you withdraw consent, we may still retain electronic records previously provided, as permitted by law.


6) Updating Your Contact Information

It is your responsibility to keep your email address and other contact information current. To update your information, email support@kredline.com with the subject line:

7) Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain electronic records, you need:

  • a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access

  • a current web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox)

  • the ability to receive emails at the email address you provide

  • sufficient storage or printing capability to save or print records

  • software that can open PDF documents (such as Adobe Reader or browser PDF viewing)


8) Requesting Records in Another Format

If you have trouble accessing electronic records, contact support@kredline.com with the subject line:

We may be able to provide records in an alternative format, where reasonable and permitted.


9) Your Acknowledgment

By using the Services, you acknowledge that:

  • you can access, read, and retain records provided electronically

  • you consent to electronic delivery of records and communications from Kredline

  • you consent to the use of electronic signatures where offered

  • your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature


10) Changes to This Consent

We may update this Consent from time to time. The “Effective Date” above indicates when it was last updated. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Consent.
