This page explains how to manage your email preferences and how to unsubscribe from certain messages sent by Kredline Inc.
1) Types of Emails You May Receive
You may receive one or more of the following types of emails from us:
A. Service / Transactional Emails
These are emails related to your use of the Services, such as:

application confirmations and status updates

identity verification or fraud/security messages

notices about important changes to our policies
Note: You generally cannot opt out of service/transactional emails if you are actively using our Services, because they are necessary to provide the Services or comply with legal obligations.
B. Marketing Emails

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
2) How to Unsubscribe from Marketing Emails
Option 1 (Recommended): Use the Unsubscribe Link
Most marketing emails we send include an “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom. Clicking that link is the fastest way to stop receiving marketing emails from Kredline.
Option 2: Email Us
You can also unsubscribe by emailing support@kredline.com with the subject line:
“Unsubscribe Request”
Please include:

the email address you want unsubscribed

any preferences you want applied (for example, “unsubscribe from all marketing”)
We will process unsubscribe requests as required by applicable law. Please allow a reasonable period for changes to take effect. During this time, you may continue to receive some emails that were already queued.
3) Updating Your Email Preferences
If you want to reduce emails rather than unsubscribe completely, you can email support@kredline.com with the subject line:
“Email Preferences”
In your message, tell us what you prefer, such as:

“Only send important account/application updates”

“No promotional emails”
-
“Send me educational content only”
We will apply preferences where operationally feasible.
4) Third-Party Emails (Lenders, Partners, Brokers/ISOs)
If you submitted an inquiry or application through Kredline, your information may be shared with third parties (such as lenders, financing partners, and brokers/ISOs) who may contact you directly.
Important: Kredline cannot unsubscribe you from emails sent by third parties. To stop messages from a third party, use the unsubscribe link in that third party’s email or contact them directly.
5) SMS/Text Messages and Phone Calls
If you have received SMS/text messages from Kredline and want to stop receiving them, you can:

follow the opt-out instructions in the message (commonly replying STOP), or

email support@kredline.com with the subject line: “SMS Opt-Out Request”
