Kredline is a business financing broker/marketplace/lead generator. We help individuals and businesses submit inquiries and applications for business-purpose/commercial financing and may connect you with lenders, financing partners, brokers/ISOs, and other service providers.

Important: Kredline is not a bank and not a direct lender. We do not make credit decisions or issue loan approvals ourselves. Any financing decisions, terms, and offers are made by third parties.

2) Eligibility and Intended Use

The Services are intended for users located in the United States and for business-purpose/commercial financing inquiries.

By using the Services, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You have the authority to act on behalf of a business if you submit information for a business.

  • All information you submit is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge.

3) Privacy and Data Practices

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information. Please review it carefully. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

4) Your Responsibilities

When you use the Services, you agree that you will:

You agree not to, and not to assist others to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose

  • Submit false, inaccurate, or deceptive information

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, servers, or systems

  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Services

  • Use scraping, data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering methods without our written permission

  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the Services (except where legally prohibited)

  • Use the Services to violate the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms.

6) Application Intake, Matching, and Third-Party Offers

When you submit an inquiry or application through the Services, you authorize Kredline to:

  • Review your information for completeness and eligibility for matching

  • Share your information with third parties (including lenders, financing partners, brokers/ISOs, and service providers) in order to provide the Services and attempt to match you with potential financing options

Third parties may contact you directly by email, phone, and/or SMS/text message regarding your inquiry or application.

No guarantee: We do not guarantee that you will receive financing, specific rates, specific terms, or any particular offer.

7) No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

Information on the Services is provided for general informational purposes. Kredline does not provide legal advice, tax advice, or individualized financial advice.

You should consult your own advisors (attorney, accountant, financial professional) before making decisions.

8) Communications, Phone Calls, and Text Messages

By providing your phone number, you agree that Kredline and/or our partners may contact you at that number regarding your inquiry, application, and related services, including by SMS/text message where permitted by law and consistent with your choices and consents.

Call recording: Where permitted by law, calls may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and compliance.

9) Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Services—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, page layout, and design—are owned by or licensed to Kredline and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business use, solely as permitted by these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Services or any content without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

10) Third-Party Websites and Services

The Services may include links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, products, or services.

Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party and may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.

11) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KREDLINE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure

  • any information on the Services is complete, accurate, or current at all times

  • any financing opportunity, rate, or term will be available or offered to you

You are responsible for using your own judgment when relying on information provided through the Services.

12) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KREDLINE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KREDLINE’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

(Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.)

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kredline and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:

  • your use of the Services

  • your violation of these Terms

  • your violation of any law or the rights of any third party

  • information you submit through the Services

14) Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe:

  • you violated these Terms

  • your use creates risk for Kredline, users, or third parties

  • we are required to do so by law

Sections intended to survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

15) Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Services at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above will reflect the most recent update. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

16) Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to the Services will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Unless otherwise required by law, you agree that any legal action or proceeding will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

17) Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any posted policies, form the entire agreement regarding your use of the Services.

  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

  • No waiver: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
